... but he now has better brakes. Tonite he removed the ol LT1 setup and converted to the C5 brakes. In just under 4 hours.
Here's DA LINK to his work. Now after some rotor seasoning and a lil bedding of the pads, look out.

Nice pics Hoss. Looks like that Baby is going to stop on a dime with those calipers. Love that red color as it really stands out.

DanA - they'll be done when we do the suspension. He just ordered factory parts for now.
DanPazich - he got his windows tinted recently, so who can tell anywaz.

Well, I have to say a BIG THANK YOU to MIKE aka 99HOSS. It was his guidance that allowed me to finish in under 4 hours. I did most of the labor etc...But when I got to a part I was unsure of, he was there for advice.
Now, if I could just get a TV and a lazy boy in that garage heck we would never have to leave! hahaha
Here is my proposed plan of attack, which is subject to change at any time:
Hypercoil Springs (I have these already, just not installed) Re-Valved Bilsteins LG Adj. PHR (the Hotchkis one is coming out!) LG Poly/Heim LCA LG Relocation Brackets LG Torque Arm SLP 1LE Tranny mount SLP 21mm Rear Sway Bar Maybe LG Lower A Arms (not sure on this item yet, my car is a street car first, race car second)
I am probably going to remove the Hotchkis STB and switch to a standard 2 point (either SLP or LG).
Some will ask why the LG Motorsports stuff, well, Lou races what he sells, that says something about his stuff, and yeah it might be a little more expensive, BUT, in a round about way, I can say I am helping him go racing!
After the suspension is done then I will do cooling.
After that?
Then the motor or a open track Roll Cage. We will see.
I would like to have a 383 Stroker motor down that will compliment the rest of the car.

Just get on the track!!! Driving is the one thing you are missing. You can add all the parts as you go, but nothing beats getting out there!

It was actually quite easy. We made a line where to cut and I cut along the line. Simple!
