I joined Camaro Club Sweden last weekend and today I hooked up with them at Pony Car Meet 2003 here in Stockholm. It's a yearly event hosted by the Camaro, Mustang and Trans Am clubs. I saw another SS there There are not many SS's over here... this was the first 98-02 I've seen and mine was the first he had seen It was a red -98 with no SLP options and the owner had bought it new in the US when he worked over there. I can't describe how good it felt to see another one
I snapped some pics too... take a look » Posted by Sweden SS (Member # 1747) on :
Oops I got a little exited... forgot to ask about his exhaust It only had one pipe coming out on the drivers side. Look at the pics and you'll see what I mean. He said it came that way from the factory.
What kind of exhaust is it?
I've never seen one of them anywhere before.

The 98's came that way. WE affectionately call them the Cannon on the left.

Love that 69 with the RS package and cowl induction hood. My favorite alltime Camaro.
Very nice pics and thanks for sharing. Posted by alfredf00_1673 (Member # 142) on :

Cool - the one I test drove in 1998 had "the one on the left" - it was a real coffe can!

Great personal website with some even better pictures. Seems as though you are quite the photographer. Are some of those shots from the dash of your Camaro while driving? Good luck on all your mods. I too am surprised at the array of cars over there.
Keep up the SS representation across the water!

The "one on the left" is the factory SS exhaust for 98. The "dual dual" was an SLP Y2Y option. I believe it was only used 1 year.
