Kathy would love a new CTS Cadillac or Corvette, but that is out of the question for a while. Posted by JohnS (Member # 1073) on :

Totally assembled vehicles are still okay as presents at our house, but I'm the only one allowed to get vehicular parts. Posted by 35TH ED/ed (Member # 1709) on :
You will all learn after several Years of Bliss That to make the partner happy you each have to buy your own gift that way nothing goes back/it's the right color & style and IF their happens to be a problem you are out of the dog house Posted by HTWLSS (Member # 117) on :
Howdy!
Car parts are a girls best friend. Well, for me they are. I love getting car goodies, and don't need a Birthday or Holiday as a reason. I'll take 'em any old time!
Have a safe weekend....we'll be cruising around in Steve's '68. Man that LS1 looks nice in it. He did a really nice job, and it sounds good, too. Those of you going to Bowling Green will get to see his handywork.
SSee you locals at the Friday Night Cruise tonight in Aloha, OR.

Oh, I don't know about that
A few years back for Valentines Day I got my wife a set of Hella headlights for her C4. She thought that was really neat and she really liked the gift. WHEW
It is really great having a wife who appreciates cars and what they mean to us. It means the same to her. On the other hand, it can be.....interesting at times because she notices the ahhh....hmmmm..."little improvemnets" that appeared on my car from time to time and has an appreciation for what they cost.
When I was modding the car to get it to handle the way I wanted it to, I considered the dog house as my primary residence
