I heard, on the way into work, on the radio that Bob Hope died last night. As a veteran of the armed forces I found this news saddened me more than I expected. I was "in country" during one of his shows but had to fly CAP, so didn't get a chance to se him. Oh well, at least the old-fart made it to One hundered!

I heard about it when I was out making deliveries this morning. So sorry to hear about it. He was a great comic. You don't see any like him around anymore.
