You mean this piece that gets butchered for the cold air induction?
That'd be #25170361 (I think GM calls it a radiator support).

the piece that the airlid box sits on that hs the 4 bolts to secure it in place.

That'd be the one...the photo's just not zoomed out far enough to see the bolt holes (I took the photo to show where I cut it for the CAI). You can just barely make out the slots for the tabs on the back of the airlid and the clips are on the bottom of the photo.
