The Friday after the power went out ,I bought this 1990 Chevy Suburban. Fully loaded and even has the front bucket seats, console,Delco CD stereo, and rear A/C. Also has rusted rocker panels and both rear 1/4's. Since my son's 1979 Camaro is such a gas hog,he can borrow a trailer to take it to the track or car shows. The Ranger would never tow the trailer by itself. My son took the complete interior out last weekend and power washed everything.Looks nice now.I rubbed it out with a buffer after these pictures were taken and it looks even better. [Cool]

Doesn't the suburban suck gas too? [Eek!] [Confused]

It cannot use nearly as much fuel as that LS6 454.The Suburban has a 1994 Vortec 350 that is throttle body fuel injected. It has to get better fuel milage towing that Camaro than that Camaro gets.A 454 Suburban ...well that is another story! [Big Grin]

That appears to be a 2 wheel drive Burb, should get around 16. My 89 4X4 Burb with a 350 and heavy tow pkg. gets 13 or 14 no matter if towing or not.

I could live with 16 mpg.It is fuel injected so that should be better than a carb. With a 40 gallon fuel tank at least I should have some range!LOL! [Big Grin]

Mines injected(throttle body).Try not to let it get below a half tank though. With a 36 gallon tank I need to take out a loan to fill from empty.LOL

350,000 on it and sold it in 99 and got a new

Dennis Barker gave Ryan the Berger stickers that they install on the fenders of the 2002 ZL1 Camaros. He installed them on the rear side windows this weekend along with a Berger licence plate frame. [Smile]
