Some people and their lawyers must have more money than brains or are just too lazy to work for a living like most of us do.They are looking for a quick buck!

...It's bad enough people attempt to pursue these kinds of lawsuits, ...It's even worse that a lawyer will take the case. There ought to be laws that fine the lawyers if their case is thrown out. Maybe they'd use a little common sense before accepting...
