I just got done drooling all over my keyboard after looking at your pictures. Vintage race cars are awesome. I saw a lot of those cars when they raced in their prime and then also at subsequent vintage events. But it's been a few years since I have been to a Vintage race. So you are whetting my appetite to attend another one soon.
Now, I am going to have to dig thru my photo box to find the pictures I took of some of these same cars when they were first raced. I sure wish we could bring back the good old days! But the Vintage events are a great substitute. Were there any Can Am cars there? I din't see any in your pictures (I think the Penske Lola was raced in the USRRC...wasn't it?)
