Well, I went and saw my car today. Will post pics in a little bit. However, I learned a few things...
1. Dont always assume that someone will look at a WS6 style hood, and assume that fits on top of the front bumper, as opposed to hawk, raptor, and slp hoods, which fit behind the bumper. Some people cant look at a hood and immediately understand that it gets installed JUST LIKE a factory hood.
2. When installing a ram air hood on a car, it helps if you remove the headlight covers. This prevents them from interfering with the alignment of the hood, so that the hood sits down on the nose of the bumper properly, so that you can align the hood correctly.
3. When installing a ram air hood, its always important to adjust the threaded lifts that are built into the engine bay, so that they dont support the hood 2 inches above where it is supposed to be.
All kidding aside, it looks good, just has some alignment issues. Namely, they need to put it on the car and align it correctly. Other than that, it looks pretty good, and fits pretty well on the car! So they are going to let it cure, and then paint it next week, so I can pick it up on Thursday at lunch time.
