About how long does the install take? and are there any "gotchas" I should be aware of? Thanks! [Smile]

i had a friend install it for me...took all of about 15 mins. [Smile] some of those push pins don't go in so easy, the ones in the corners, so that may be tricky. also, if you plan to paint the screw heads, do that before you start the install [Smile]

If you take the yank and pull method of removal the whole prosess should only take about 1 hour and a cold 12 oz'er for admiring the great job that you have done [Big Grin] .

When I put on the 35TH grill I pulled off the old in 1 piece a long screwdriver in the back of the old will help when its 1/2 off if you want to save the old piece.

The new if its like mine will have 4 plugs that you will put in after the grill is in place and holes drilled into the front facia. Carefull on the drilling if you keep on going it will go through the top from what I have hear. A piece of electrical tape where you want to stop will help from drilling to far But still be carefull.

This is where the 12 0z's come into play [Cool] . After (or during) the install step back crakk it open and say......... "Dam* does that look sweet or does that look sweeeeet" [Big Grin]

If you can find a right angle drill, it may help as well. You want to get the x-mas tree fastners in as straight as possible. Using a plastic mallet rather than your thumb is easier to push the pins in with also.
