The October 2003 issue of Hot Rod Magazine has a very nice spread on Jim Parks #18 Phase III and the November 2003 issue of Chevy High Performance has the article on the #23 Phase III of Matt Berger of Berger Chevrolet in Grand Rapids. The Summer 2003 issue of Camaro Performers has a nice article on the #26 Phase III of Charles Lumpkin (who I understand has since sold it) and the July 2003 issue of Chevy Rumble has a super spread on the #1 '02 Phase III and '69 ZL1 of Bill Porterfield.

All of these are great reading if you are into the new GMMG built ZL1 cars. [Big Grin]

You are so correct ! ! ! ! [Roll Eyes]

I noticed that too when I read the article and had to laugh. [Big Grin]

Actually, according to Matt Murphy of GMMG, about 1/3 were Phase I cars, about 1/3 were Phase II cars and about 1/3 where Phase III cars.

I think that there may be more than 1/3 that are Phase III, but probably not too many more than that.

From what I've read/heard there were 31 ZL1's with the C5R 600HP 427 Phase III. Not sure about the breakdowns of the other 2 stages.
