Who can direct me to a website to learn about these trashed files by a onslaught of virus hits I am suffering (avg of 12 to 20 in a short session. Apparently let in by a link I opened to a virus attack site advertising as a fuel saver gimmick on emails. Avoid any emails that recommend fuel savers.
Keeps wiping out my printer functions, and crippling the PC. Being current with Norton antivirus did not head it off, and all my Microsoft updates are current too.
Have lost these, and don't know what they do or how to repair: brasil.pif speedy.scr instit.bat scrsvr.exe puta!!.com brasil.exe maro!.scr speedy.pif alevir.exe
Until I fix these, can't print, programs crash, etc...

quit opening emails you don't recognize stop using outlook express run adaware or spybot.
if you can't get rid of them, wipe the hard drive
do a google search to find out how to remove them. Also make sure you are running a firewall if you are on broad band.
