Well I strapped it down to the dyno at NEDYNO and brought it up to 6200 for the first time, it made 434 rwhp and 407 tq not bad for a N/A LT1/LT4
I will be adding a shot of NOS in the spring time.
Here are the specs. 396 Storker w/ M6 GTP Stage 2 LT4 heads and intake CC306 Jet hot Long tube Mufflex y-pipe Stock 2 OTL Exhaust strange 12bolt Denny's Nitrous ready driveshaft. Spec Stage 3 clutch F.A.S.T engine management LS1 coil packs

Nice! Wait until you get the engine broke in and all tuned! Posted by Scott Chab (Member # 174) on :
Now I'm really getting anxious to get my Hawk back on the road! Being built right now:
11.7:1 396 stroker Ported LT4 heads and intake Custom cam (224/233, 112 LSA, 108 Intake centerline , 558 intake/575 exhaust, 3.75 degrees of overlap) Jet Hot long tubes w/Mufflex y-pipe and 2OTL 58MM TB 36# injectors SPEC Stage III clutch 4.10s (in the 10-bolt for now, I'll probably go with a 3.73 12-bolt in the near future)

Scott Chab, I would go with the Spec Stage 3 carbon don't do the ceramic. I think I'm taking my ceramic disc out cause its just not streetable.
Dan, When would you like to meet up? Did you buy that Chevelle?

Who knows, I'm sure we'll do a dyno day again if I ever get around to getting to a good starting point on my tuning on the Z06.
The seller backed out of the Chevelle deal. I had the trailer all set to go and get it and last minute, he backed out. Said his ex wife wouldn't let him sell it. She must have a piece of it. Oh well.

There's that NJ wit again.

Well if you ever have some time to kill and you want to come down I'll strap it on the dyno and we can play with it.
Too bad on the Chevelle, but you wanted a 69 Camaro anyways.

Okay, I'll try to tone it down: I know it's a little too sharp for you Delaware folks.

Thanks, I would love to do that. I haven't had nearly enough time learning new things about the cars in this last year. Tough now that I have to work for a living!
I really do want a 69 Camaro SS/RS to restore. It is my son in law that really wants a Chevelle (and Greg love them) so when I found out about this one it seemed to good to be true. I guess it was.
I'll be in touch about some tuning! I am trying to get the LTFT's to near 0 just using autotap and tuning but I haven't really had the time. I figured if I could get the LTFT's to near 0 that would be my starting point.
Have fun with the car, hope the streets stay nice for a while so you can enjoy it!
