in fact, I believe over 80% of taxes collected stay in the county it was collected in.

I think I gave a large percentage of what the state records! That is embarrasing. I can tell you that I donate a lot to many causes. I am a lucky guy and I give back. I am also a good tipper!!

My income has dropped considerably in the last two years so my donations have too. I think that is the case for a lot of people. There are a LOT of people out of work!
