Back to the grind. A mountain of stuff to go through. It'll take me a week to catch up from a week off. Oh well, at least it was a warm week!

Morning all! I'm posting the pic of the day for John this week. He's having some minor surgery done on his hand.
The Mob -- the only "pick up" body in the Southern California big name AA/FA racing circles, Ed Moore driving "The Mob" (MOB stood for Moore-Oates-Bradley) ......... this picture taken in 1976

Howdy!
Drove to Seattle, WA area and back yesterday to salvage the SS of fellow SSOA & chirpthird forum member, "RHT". We'll see to it that as many parts of it as possible go to good homes, are well used, and loved.
Keep your eyes open for a '99 or newer Z28 or SS hardtop that's for sale so Ryan will have something to mod and have fun with.

Good day, eh!
Too busy to check in until now
Had some fun with scales on the weekend ...
The SS with a 1/4 tank of gas weighed in at 3,580 lbs.
The Zed, with just under a 1/4 tank weighed in at 3,340.
Then I started jettisoning the stuff on the Zed I don't need ...spare tire, back seat and belts, console, stereo, floor mats, cowl plastic, rear interior sail panels, antenna, muffler and tailpipes and some other misc little pieces and got down to 3,172.
Next we'll get serious and pull the A/C, AIR, EGR, cats, and add the tubular K-member & Upper and Lower A-arms .... I'm hoping to get under 3,000 before the SFC, STB and 6 point roll bar go in.
