Thought I'd take a risk here and show you folks what I've been up to. If you follow the link you will find a project that a few of us have been working on for the last six months. Be aware the site is not complete and won't be for a while yet. We did this for fun and to show GM what we thought was possible/desireable. It took an ton of work but has been very rewarding. Anyway, take a look and look again in a day or three for some updates. Thanks.

WOW!!
That's some really good stuff on there. I can only imagine the amount of time/effort dedicated to putting something like that together.
Hey, if they build it, do you get a commission?!? Posted by CaminoLS6 (Member # 2041) on :

I'd love to see them come back with the El Camino - RWD, of course!

You mean Cav..oh never mind Posted by mhayman (Member # 146) on :
Actually they look a lot like the Holden Cars, especially the El Camino/Ute.
Great site, must have been a lot of work to put all that information together. Hopefully one of the higher-ups at GM will take notice!

Frontend looks a little like the Impala. Hopefully it will come about with RWD and a V8. Posted by FireChicken (Member # 2067) on :
Very nice. I would assume this is a chevrolet version of the new holden built gto? Sort of a chevy/pontiac breed akin the the camaro/firebird models of the past? Would definetly fit well with GM's tradition of creating multiple price level models off the same body.
Looks nice too. Less like a cavalier than the GTO.

Thanks for all of the kind words. We have more updates to do,but other than the vert, I don't know how they'll play to the F-body crowd. Wagons, police cruisers and AWD versions. It will be a while but I'll post when we do a big update. Thanks again for checking it out-we had a good time putting it together. Posted by Mike Bonte (Member # 1892) on :
Hm. I like your rendition of the Chevelle SS, especially the red with white stripes.
I'd buy one. Posted by CaminoLS6 (Member # 2041) on :
We've added a few things. A new intro. to the site is up along with information in the "about us" section. A link to the project timeline is at the bottom of that section, it is a pretty good overview of how we did it. The final update with the rest of the models should be ready in early February. I'll post when we have it up on the site.

Man I like the intro. The Chevelle SS and El Camino SS look really cool and would fit nicely in my life.
