I dont know if anyone has seen this but here is a website were a new GTO was destroyed. It is pretty bad and I hope whoever was driving made it out ok.

Oh no another car wrapped around a tree or pole.That's one reason many insurance companies charge more money to insure a performance car.Hope the passengers survived.

I agree, I just checked the pontiac page, and the filler is up near the b=pillar, which makes sense because they had to relocate the gas tank for US safety specs in front of the rear axle.

You guys are correct... note no poncho sign on wheel center cap and the turn signal light hanging out of the drivers side fender... (err passener side over there) its an aussie wreck...

Whether that was a GTO or not, I just can't see how anyone would have walked away from that.
