That's just rediculous!!! You know they will win in the end, that's the sucky part...at least the kid will make some cash!! (I say it's worth more than $10k though )

Since this is a fairly big news item, Microsoft will recieve nothing but bad publicity from it by being painted as the stingy corporate bully and Mike Rowe will get a lot of free advertising and publicity from it. So in the end whether he gets any money from Microsoft or not, he will probably benefit from it and Microsoft gets another black eye to add to their long list of black eyes.
