Not sure it was the best ever but it was definitely good. Posted by Stealth Performance (Member # 1072) on :
Best super bowls were between 1967/1977.

It's the greatest Superbowl only if God's Team wins.....

I'll take my favorite team. The Oakland Raiders.
The game started out as a defensive duel until the last 8 minutes of the second quarter. Then it all changed. I like to see scoring.

It started off slow, but it picked up speed quickly right before half-time!

One of the best I have ever seen even though my team lost. The City of Charlotte is taking it pretty much in stride this AM. Most people are disappointed but at the same time really proud of the Panthers. No one gave us any kind of a chance of even making the playoffs this year let alone going to the Super Bowl. Then to have a game a like this......well it just a capper to an unexpected season of thrills.
If free agency doesn't hurt the general makeup of the team, I hope we can make it back to the SB next year.

WOuld have been better if the Eagles were in if...but...Geez the first 30 mintues of the game?? Come one!!! That sucked! Posted by TimeLord (Member # 1389) on :
Cytruffle!!!! For "god's" team to make it back there they would need to fill a HUGE void, they NEED a quarterback that can throw a pass more than 2 yards and who actualy can run instead of getting sacked!!!

Fantastic game! Family, friends, great food in copious amounts, adult beverages galore, some humorous commercials, a little adult entertainment at half time... It was truly a Super Bowl Sunday!!!

There was a game on?
We skipped over all that boring part and just watched the commercials. Digital recording/playback is wonderful technology, including super slow mo Janet Jackson boobage confirmation. Posted by cytruffle (Member # 1733) on :
