Heres some of the cars that were at the nationals this past week . As most of you heard I got 2nd place in my class and was picked as Soft Seal Camaro of show at the thyrsday BBQ also recieved the Long Distance Award . My so showed my SS and got 1st place in his class and hard luck award ( long Story but not bad ) . Enjoy the pics Nats #3Nats #2Nats #1

Well here goes , My son took my SS, we went to Mike2001SS house . We stayed at his place in NC till Wed then left all together for FL . On our way through NC a Police Lady stopped my son . We were going under the speed limit and I saw her on the other side of a 4 lane Hwy. She passed me and NEVER even looked but got behind my son and rode a few feet . She pulled him over and said to him you didnt have your seat belt on . Now theres 2 problems with that 1 she never got to his side so how could she see that and 2 my son wheres his belt all the time and has since he has been small , he was in a bad accident when he was 9 and since then he always used to tell me to put the belt on . My son told the cop that the belt was on and she said she thought she saw it off . She then ran his lic & Reg ( car is in my name ) Now why this is going on I and Mike are waiting in front of the SS with our cars . the cop comes over and question me about who my son is and where we are going and where we came from . She had a real attitude but we kept calm and respectfull through the hole deal . After everything comes back fine on the check she then asks if theres anything in the car thats illegal , my son tells her everything is fine so she goes ahead and takes the hole car apart checks all over the car in the trunk in the car , under the hood every where . Dosnt find a thing . We ask what she looking for shes says GUNS & Bombs , not drugs go figure . Now as this just starts 2 other cop crusiers show up 1 of the cops is talking to my son about the cars while the other is laughing at the lady cop . It could of been worse but all it did is waste a hour of our travel time plus it gave us something to bust my son about all week long . I know the other cops were going to bust the lady cops hump . that in short is the story

And the fact that 2 young guys in a very nice black SS headed south, but if she was for real and was looking for something then why after learning all 3 cars were to gather did she not want to search all of them. None of the cops even talked to me and me parked right there behind Chuck.
