I am sitting here using Tax Cut and am having no luck on trying to enter certain data. I have got these 1098-T and 1099-Q forms that have all this data but I have no idea where to enter it. These forms are for tuition Payment statements (1098-T) and Payments for Qualified Education progams (1099-Q)

Any information would be appreciated

I will try to get my wife to check out your post . Shes a CPA and does taxes for customers, I cant promise anything but I will try , shes busy doing them now

Well that was a nice try however the data they request are not what the forms are showing me.
i.e. Box 1 Gross Earnings
Box 2 Earnings
Box 3 Basis
Box 4 Trustee-to-trustee transfer
Box 5 Check one Private or State.

I have figures in boxes 1-3 and I have no clue as to where to plug them in
