Pam with the SS from Utah. she spotted an add for a wolfdog (they claimed it was pure wolf..it wasnt) in the local online pet url for adoptions and sale. by claiming wolf...or even wolf content...that animal would have been aprehended and put down.
she emailed me about it. i got our group involved and to make a long story short.. Full Moon Farm took custody of the wolfdog, and its being transported to NC now. and its already adopted....the couple that is getting it is the couple that also adopted a rescue i made here in VA 2 years ago. the transporter said the lil 4 month old love to be petted and loves attention. the person online said "you cant even touch this animal...it vicious". thats a wolfdog...they know who likes em and who to trust.
Pam. you were the key in saving this animals life my friend. Thanks so much from Wolfdog Rescue Resources, Full Moon Farm Wolfdgo Sanctuary, Thunder Wolf Inc., and Wolfdog Adoption Group.

AWWWWW****blush, blush*** Thanks Ken!!! I only wished that I could have picked the lil guy up and met at the Colorado border for the transfer . Thanks for posting the info up, I was wondering how true it was that 'he could not be petted'. That is AWESOME to know that he is going to a great home with, for a change, people that will LOVE him!!

if it weren't for you and Keona...things like this wouldn't happen in the first place! Posted by NATESS (Member # 982) on :
Wow, what a great story. i'm so glad there was a happy ending to this. great job you two.
when i was growing up, my parents had a Wolfdog. his name was Reeshan, and he was Part german shepard (mother), and part Black wolf (father). they are such loving animals.
