What is great about living in the EASTERN Time Zone is that We are 1 hour ahead of Texas .

Mornin' all. After the crappy sleep I had in San Francisco this week, I was hoping to sleep in a little...no such luck...I was too excited to sleep past 5. We put an offer on a house last night and got a call from our real estate agent at 10pm that our offer was accepted (suffice it to say I didn't get to bed until after midnight, either). With the rates as low as they are, we figured we'd shoot for a "15+ year house" that we could grow into. (unfortunately, the cars don't come with it)
Now we just have to keep our fingers crossed that my company proves to be as dedicated to their employees as they have been in the past.
