Saves a finger or two!

This device has been out there for about 5 - 6 years now. So far they have been unable to get one of the major saw manufacturers to pick it up and use it on their saws. They have even tried to get a law passed requiring some sort of safety device on all table saws, not necessarily theirs but some sort of device. No luck there either.

This would be a very good device to add to saws in school shops, it might save a few fingers.

Not sure I want it on any of the saws I used, would have to see how it affected the operation of the saw. So far I've only cut off one finger, but they were able to sew it back on, works pretty good, just has a funny feeling to it. Didn't loose it on a saw, a lathe got it.
