Took my SS to dealer to have them warranty the lower valance over my CM exhaust that cracked due to 2 way tape giving way and they have contacted SLP numerous times and no one answers the phone but they left a voice mail and no one called the parts dept back! What happened to customer service we bought the cars and now need warranty work! Anyone else have someone to contact there? The dealer is Rizza Chevrolet located at 8200 S harlem in Bridgeview,IL. 708-594-6400, and the parts manager is called "Fly", trying to get ready for show and driving season at this rate the car will sit!

The only SLP Location that is still in operation is in Tom's River NJ. It looks like they have downsized and converting to mustang parts. Posted by chrisL (Member # 97) on :

All the OE replacement parts and warranty claims are being done out of NJ now.

chrisL is right, it might take a little longer, but the issue will be resolved. When I was having trouble with my Bilstein, it took my service rep a while to geteverything sorted out...but everything worked out. Posted by ss_rs_z (Member # 1888) on :
Ditto with the above statements. I called NJ and ordered my grill and filters and got them a week later. Matt was very helpful and did a great job.

Talk about a small world. I bought my vert C4 from Rizza after I got back from the Gulf War in 1991. I can't say I remember any of the service guys, but it seemed like a good dealership.
