These chairs we have here at my work are very uncomfortable. I just made a foot stool from 4 never used older Ford shop repair manuals. These were mint manuals I never used that were brand new.I taped them together with packaging tape.I have used boxes filled with manuals as a stool before, but the box does not last too long. Since the manuals are solid paper, maybe I will get more miles from them. Actually my boss wanted to throw all of these manuals in the trash(50 at least with all different models and years) since we all have them online now. I have cd rom versions at home so did not see a use in taking any of these home. Another use for a Ford item!

You should get a employee of the month nomination Greg for creative use of items that would of gone to waste.

We need pictures and diagrams and assembly instructions. I'm sure once everyone sees they will all want one! Posted by Jim Mac (Member # 113) on :
Careful - I'm sure that they'll break down after the first couple months of use.

Cover them with duct tape. Then they'll last a lot longer!
Good job Greg!

I am sure that in the next few weeks, there will be issued a recall notice saying that the construction of the books were not up to spec, and must be repaired at no cost to you.
