My sister was in a starbucks the other day. A woman came up to the counter, and said something was wrong with her iced coffee 8-word description drink, and asked for another. The clerk patiently asked if she had made the wrong drink, and what did the woman want? The woman explained that while the drink was fine, something was wrong with the glass, because it had a lot of water drops on the outside (keep in mind this is a cold drink, in Texas, in May). The clerk asked the woman where she was from (California), and explained to her that her cup was not leaking, but that it was condensation, and a perfectly normal effect of summer heat on a cold drink in Texas. The woman countered by saying that she had never heard of anything like this before, and insisted that her cup must be leaking.
