LMAO!!!!!
The thread is here...its gone....its here.
.....I've seen 1 GTO on the road here in San Diego...Yellow with dealer plates. I've seen him a few times in the morning (we head the same direction).
I tried to play with him when I had the SS...guy wouldn't even look over. Posted by 98-mongooSSe (Member # 794) on :
You know it's bad when you pass one & don't realize what it is until you're almost completely past it. Even in a trance & stuck in traffic, I can see an SS scoop a mile away! I hate to say it, but GM is getting what it deserves for such a lack of effort.

Same thing happened to me the other day...sorta! It was the black GTO I had gotten a close look of at the dealership. It went right in front of me at a red light, and I had to look twice to see if it was a GTO or a Grand Prix. It's not that I dislike the looks of it...it really is a sharp car. But, it looks way too much like every other Pontiac on the lot! A car like that should have some other cues that make it stand out a little more. It's supposed to be Pontiac's flagship....if Chevy made it's flagship look like a Monte Carlo, Cavalier, Impala, or (God help us!) Aveo, they wouldn't sell very many Corvette's either!
