Anyone with headers ever have the condensation from the AC drip on the lowest part of the tubes (where they meet the next set of pipes) and sizzle (no pun intended) from the heat?

I went for a ride yesterday and had the AC on. When i got back, sounded like I was cooking bacon. Popped the hood and no smoke. I determined the noise was near the header on the passenger side. Looked under the car and noticed a drop or two of condensation and it was hitting the header and sizzling away from the heat.

I hate that. Luckily, I rarely run the AC (only when I have a passenger).

Is that why you chose the username "Sizzle?" [Razz] [Wink]
