I have 2 Campbell-Hausfeld air compressors. I wonder if I was to get $50 each?

No wonder Autozone pulled them out of my store!

You've gotta be kidding me! That Ford lawsuit must've really inspired some attornies to think of a similar get rich quick scheme. I wonder what this'll do to the cost of air compressors in the future. According to the statment, DeVilbiss had to set up a settlement account of $25,000,000 and pay $200,000 to fund a consumer education program about horsepower ratings.
Not to mention the boatloads paid to the attornies: $2,800,000 from Campell; $2,250,000 from DeVilbiss and $150,000 from Powermate.
