Try some rubbing alcohol or a glass cleaner that has more alcohol in it.

WD-40 then a good window cleaner (Windex)
...and when do you ever go to a track?

It will probably take at least a 6 pack Greg
Rubbing alcohol is good. Being a computer geek, I use it alot to clean thermal adhesive off of cpus, heatsinks, and gpu's.

Finger nail polish remover followed by glass cleaner will also work.

Be careful if you use nail polish remover. It contains acetone and might damage your paint if it accidently drips. Rubbing alcohol is a safer bet.
