All issues have been resolved with Custom Performance Racing. I have no other problems with the company, everything was explained in detail.

Was the price too good to be true? That is usually your first sign of STAY AWAY from that company. Sucks it had to happen to a fellow board member.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that if you report this to your credit card company, they will reverse the charge on the card and do a charge-back to the merchant. This comes under credit card fraud. You might consider reporting them to the Attorney General's office of the state in which they do business.

good info, thanks for the warning. For sure the credit card company can reverse the charge to the merchant. That should be step one.
Everyone else here should be wary of dealing with them.

You are absolutely correct, under Florida law they have committed credit card fraud. If I were you I would call my credit card company and the Attorney General's office to file complaints against these folks.
