Sept. 2004 Chevy High Performance Mag, page 134, on the Hot Rod Top 50 Pump Gas shoot out, #19 - Taner '96 SS - 10.57 @ 132.90 and #27 Roman '99 SS - 11.17 @ 123.34.
For those who are not familiar, it was an invitational shoot out, pump gas only.
Both those cars were at my home for the pre Superfest party, unfortunately Taner's Opti crashed that night. It's now fixed and he's running strong. BTW he's mid 9's when he sprays!

Congrats to both!
Did Taner replace the Opti-Spark assembly or was there something else wrong?

Opti-Spark went bad. He replaced it, then after about 1 mile, the electric water pump quit!
Now with the new pump and opti, everything is running just fine!
