Well I just recieved one of the 1st mods for my enclosed car trailer yesterday from Summit Racing. I got a set of cheap chrome steel wheels for it and chrome lug nuts. They look like chrome wagon wheels.Better than the white wheels I have on it now for $36 each. Got to have chrome valve stems installed when I get the tires mounted. I installed 2 big Chevy Bowties and Camaro logos on it last week.

Here is what the wheels look like.

Here is what I have now. 3 white mod wheels and one white wagon wheel. The spare is a mod wheel. At least I will have a complete set of the same wheel.

That trailer is going to look better every time I see it!

I can't just settle for the "Plain Jane" look. I want to add some nice polished aluminum sheet or polished aluminum diamond plate to the bottom edges and get the polished front corners too! Maybe even some polished aluminum diamond plate for the inside of the ramp door. [Big Grin]

You should have someone paint fuzzy dice on the side!

Actually I need someone to make me a huge 35th Anniversary LE decal and some 35th stripes for the sides. [Cool]

I'd photocopy it on a transparency and then enlarge it with a projector to trace it. Of course, that's the cheap way to do it...I'm sure a graphics shop could do MUCH better...Just an idea though...

...those wheels would last about two minutes before breaking out in terminal rust here in Florida. Keep them well waxed on both sides, and off the roads up there in the winter. Should really spruce up the looks of the hauler though...

I know they are cheap chrome...can't expect much for $36 each. I planned on waxing the heck out of them and in the winter since the trailer probably won't be used much, I will give them a nice coating of engine oil on the front and backsides. [Smile]

Anything will look better than white wheels that are mis matched and a couple are bent. [Smile]

I thought about giving them a nice coating of high temp clear coat. That would solve any future rust concerns. Thanks! [Smile]
