Spent the weekend at Mont Tremblant and did "luge" down the mountain for the first time.
What a blast. You go up the mountain on Ski lift and then down the concrete path on a "luge" type craft. Like a go-kart with no engine. You have brakes and steering and gravity does the rest. It's a blast! Would make a great SSOA event one year. The road up, 323 North off of 148 in Quebec is a one hour drive just like going up Skyline, it was a great drive as well.
Anyone who gets the chance should try it.

SSOA weekend in the great white north anyone? Posted by JeffY (Member # 120) on :
We did one of our initial Vette driving schools at the track up there - there used to be a Jack Russell school I believe; is Le Circuit there?

I did that when I was 8 years old at Camelback in the Poconos while visiting my aunt. I have not been able to do it again. It was definitely a lot of fun and I wish I knew if there were any of these luge things around here.

Not exactly. Mary has some stills, but she had the camera and was luging herself, so none of us going down.
