My wife and I bought one of the three thousand SS Z-28 2002 Limited Edition Camaros in a convertible. All three thousand were beautiful bright rally red with special silver striping. Since it was the 35th Anniversary and the last year for the Camaro, we bought it to drive ocassionally and to trailer to events/shows. Unfortunately, life sometimes changes our plans, and due to a change in the health of one of us…..we now have decided that we need to sell it. Our Camaro LE has less than 250 miles on it. If you are familiar with these special SS Z-28 cars, I don’t need to go into detail as they have almost every option and a lot of special badging, wheels and paint. Ours had the following factory ordered: SLP center mount exhaust (which brought it to 345 hp) and SLP Anniversary car cover. The SLP car cover has never been unfolded. We bought SLP Anniversary floor mats, directly from SLP which have never been used. We bought a California Car Cover (Noah) which it has had on continuously AND it has been garaged its entire life. It has never seen rain or gravel. It was trailered from the dealer to our home. It has been out about six times for short drives around our home. It also has, from the factory, an automatic transmission, 12 disc CD changer, acceleration slip regulation, and we have both the special Trophy Mat and Portfolio. Obviously it is like it was the day it came from the dealer. We are going to lose considerable money, but it needs to go….so we will take the first $30,900.00 offered. Someone can save roughly $9,000.00 by waiting two years to get a new LE until now, and it even has factory warranty still running! We also have the original factory and SLP window stickers and some other 2002 Camaro goodies that go with it. I have an enclosed car hauler that we bought for taking this car to events so for a reasonable fee, we could probably deliver the LE, too. We are going to sell the 20’ Interstate West car hauler…so if anyone wants one with less than 3,000 miles on it we will take $4,900.00 for it. It is white with THREE doors….one extra door specifically on the left side for entering and exiting the car once it is driven into the trailer. Of course, it is a tandem axle with electric brakes, dropped back and flush tiedowns. It also has roof vents and lighting. Any questions, call or e-mail me. We live in the Northwest. And they make fun of me with 335 miles on mine. jk What a shame you have to sell now. There is a flood of these cars on the market. But your mileage should help you out considerably. Best of luck.

Hooker..thanks for the note. It is ok as that is the way things go sometimes and we have to go with them. I would appreciate anyone's advice on how to sell it or where to advertise it, as we do need to sell it. We never got too far into the world of Camaro's so there are many of you out there who could help in directing our efforts. In that same vein, we would appreciate any spreading, by word-of-mouth, of this special camaro for sale. Is there another place on this web site where we would get more readership? Thanks in advance, Richard

You might try contacting 35thSS on this board. I bought his 35th SS/LE Vert and he wanted it back or another one ( Sorry to say, but I still have it in the garage ready for shows.). He lives in Dallas if that will help. Jim

I guess I'm dumb. Right after I bought my 35th LE, I was at a car show just south of Berlin, Germany and was offered 80,000 euros for it. I turned them down. I was afraid I would not be able to find one later. I do love it though. It is a lot of fun on the autobahn. Making a 100 mile trip in an hour is great.

Hind sight and fore sight.....! We never know, but I am keeping both of mine and maybe trying to get the other two later when I save some more (or I hit the lotto!). Jim

Thanks to everyone for the comments. Trying to get an address for 3th SS as suggested if anyone knows how? Still available. Any other ideas would be appreciated. I can deliver it for a reasonable fee in my enclosed car hauler, so can help out there. Richard
