A month or 2 ago, someone with a white top was having problems with the sail panels. Mine has the same problem and I found out that one of the arms is rubbing the top. I plan on siliconing a piece of felt over the area to keep it from rubbing through. I have a small pin hole now visible from the outside.

Yup, that's EXACTLY what ours is doing too!
Our warranty ran out last week.
(Not that I'd be wanting anyone at the dealership even touching the white top or getting on the leather.)
We'll just end up eating a top when it wears through.

I tried to fix the problem this past weekend. I cut a piece of felt about 1" square and used blue rtv to silicone it over the hole from the inside. Hope this works, I'll keep you up to date.
