I am trying to remove the AC on my 96 Camaro Convert. The problem is if I pull the A/C off The belt will not spin the power steering the correct way. Does anybody sell a idler pulley to use in its place or of another fix for this problem???

You need the 1LE pully Here's a part number GM P/N: 10115875

Here are my favorate contaces fot GM parts - should run you about $30.

Jason Cromer: 1-877-726-8295
Dal Lambert: 1-800-362-9494
Sam Smith: 1-800-395-1440

If your belt is old you may as well change it at the same time.

I removed my A/C and AIR a couple months ago...

Yes, as noted, you need to get the 1LE A/C Delete Pulley and install it. Piece of cake to install the pulley....

Did you already get the Condensor out?

I cut one of the metal tubings going to the condensor in order to get it out of there without having to remove too many parts. I also left my heater core in place. Just disconnected the lines going into it and you may want to stuff something in the openings in case you may want to reuse your A/C in the future for some odd reason. I also removed my compressor as well. Only freed up about 22lbs total though.
