I just received an email from "support@chirpthird.com" that contained the W32klez virus.

Fortunatly my antivirus software caught it.

Remember that this virus can originate from anyone's machine that has support@chirpthird in their e-mail list. It doesn't necessarily mean it came from chirpthird's server. I get a few every week from who knows where.
