Good afternoon, Fellow Camaro and Firebird Enthusiasts....

Some GREAT news for F-car fans:

LENO TO PACE DAYTONA 500 IN COLLECTOR EDITION FIREBIRD . . . "Tonight Show" host
and auto enthusiast Jay Leno will serve as the official pace car driver for the
2002 Daytona 500 on Feb. 17. Leno will drive the pace car version of the 2002
Collector Edition Firebird Trans Am as part of Pontiac's celebration of the
American muscle car icon during its last year of production. "2002 is a special
year for performance enthusiasts as Pontiac celebrates the Firebird and Trans Am
with a special Collector Edition model," said Lynn Myers, Pontiac-GMC general
manager. "Having Jay Leno behind the wheel at this year's Daytona 500 adds yet
another element of excitement to this car's rich heritage." NASCAR Winston Cup
Grand Prix driver Tony Stewart will help Leno prepare for his pace car duties at
Daytona International Speedway. This will be the first time Leno has driven at
Daytona, although he's gotten behind the wheel of a GM vehicle for a big race
before. Most recently, he drove a Chevy Monte Carlo in last year's Brickyard
400.

Hi Dan! (and everybody else also!). Yes I will post, but you never know when, because its not like I can get online at a regular time like you guys/gals who either get paid to do it (OBSSD,HTWLSS, etc), or dont have a job currently! But at least now I have access and will maybe post a LITTLE more often, but only if you're nice!!!!

See ya at Bowling Green!
(and a shout out to Joey red!)
