Well my stereo started going, one of my horns was dead and my passenger side nozzle for the sprayer was messed up, so I took it in to carmax. They sent my stereo across the street to the stereo place in which they concluded that the stereo was starting to go for good so they decided to put a brand new one in, then they ordered the horn and nozzle, which the nozzle and the work for the nozzle wasn't supposed to be covered under the warranty, which they decided to cover it anyways. So I turned in the car yesterday and they had the stereo done right away and the other parts ordered. They picked them up this morning and had it done by 1 oclock. They kept me up to date with 3 or 4 different calls just to let me know what was going on with my car, and when all was said and done I had about 580 dollars worth of work and parts (mainly the stereo) and it was all covered under warranty so I had to pay 25 bucks. Gotta like that [Big Grin]

I have to say CarMax has been a pleasure to work with since day 1. [Smile]

Thats AWESOME news Doug!!! I am glad to hear the great service you are receiving. Makes you want to go back there to buy again. WOW, imagine that GREAT customer service works!!!
