I need some pics of a CD Changer in a Vert. I am trying to determine where it should be mounted and how the factory units are mounted. Does it bolt to the floor or to a welded bracket?

The 12 disc changer in a conv mounts on the horizontal surface just next to the manual top valve lever opening in the interior trim panel in the trunk on the LH side. Hopefully HTWLSS will read this, and she may have a pic to send you to. The mounting bracket is welded into place(but you may be able to drill some holes and bolt it in place. Art S moved his to the rear deck just behind the convertible top glass protector(when the top is down. )

HTWLSS, remember, we have a car club meeting tonight, so we may have to take pics on tues PM, then post them on Wed, unless Art has some.

FWIW, my homepage (click link above) has a pic of my sub-box where you can see where the CD changer is mounted. Follow the '98T/A button (it's FLASH, so please be patient if you have dial-up connection).
