The tire conversion for 18's would be 285/35/18 on the rear and 265/35/18's on the front on at least a 18X9.5" rim. Will fit with a little roling of the fenders. No increase in offset is required.

I'm running 275/40/18 (18x9.5 rim)up front and 285/35/18 (18x10.5 rim)in the rear and my car is lowered with the Eibach Pro Kit 1 1/2". The front looks "tight" but no problems the rear I had to work on. I had to buy and install an ajustable panhard rod and after I got the rear end centerd again I had to do some beating on the inner wheel house and I really need roll the lip a little. Right now as it is, it only scubs under WOT in a fish tail so I'm pretty happy for now being that I hardly ever drive it that hard but I'm still gonna roll the lip a little and then it should be perfect. For my next set of front tires I probably will drop down in size simply because of the look.
