In the 6-02 issue of Chevy High Performance there is a pretty good article outlining the procedures required to get the extra power mentioned, it involves some cash outlay to the tune of 640.00. If you are man or woman enuf to step up, you got 25 smog legal HP and the outward appearance is stock.
