He has a 00 grand am gt. he has borla exhaust and down pipe. headers. plugs and wires-port and polish manifold some head work and a Sc- not sure on the psi and has a shift kit.
I have a 94 z28 -373 gears-shift kit-2800stall-SLP exhaust-Headers-ypipe-High flow maf-52mm throttle body-throttle bypass-160* hypertech-jet chip-high kn and 1le bellow-iat throttle response-eletric fan switch. no i will race him sometime this summer - he thinks he can beat me for $100 bucks- i think he has no chance in hell.

I would say no way he could beat ya but am not saying to go out and race him. Too many people have been hurt and killed doing so and we wouldn't want anything happening to you or your friend.
To tell ya the truth I'd just shrug it off and smile at him.
P.S. I know what its like to almost flipping a car while racing when I was 18.............and that cured me right away. Please don't race.

Depends on how much boost he's running. He may suprise you. If it's worth a bill to find out, by all means race the guy. Many tracks have grudge nights where you can race against your buddy. If you lose, invite him for a afternoon on the twisties. And get your money back.

Jeff it would be fun anyway at a good track. Just like awhile back a guy up here that has a new SC Cobra thought he would have fun showing off agaist a 2001 SS but when he got beat by 5 car lenghts 2 times in a row he got the picture the new Cobra was not as quick as he thought and would not run other SS's that day I know he could have beat
