Hi all i have a 2000 SS with all the options..I was driving home from work when the service engine soon light come on . I got an appt to take it in the following week..when they checked the computer the secondary air injection had failed on one side but only one time hence my light had gone out right after it came on...so they said it was probly a computer glitch cause everything was working fine then..however there is a software update out for the computer which they installed into the computer. The car had been feeling a little sluggish but after the update had more zip and got 2.5 mpg more..if u havent had the update I would reccommend u get it. Have a great day!
