Wow, I don't know what made us look worse.....the few hours of sleep or the stifling heat & humidity of the Midwest. Us Pacific NW'ers were ready to melt!

I have to thank both you and Natalie for your gracious hospitality. It was much appreciated. I would have been a little nervous letting a few "somewhat" strangers stay at your house. Thanks so much. It was nice meeting you and staying at your house. The convoy was great and I had a good time. It was great to finally put faces to screen names and more importantly personalities to screen names. All in all I had a great time and I will be there for sure next year.. [Smile] [Smile]

Thanks for the pics guys. And thanks, once again, for opening your house to all of us. I'm glad I finally got a chance to meet you in person. It may take me a while, but I'll be sending you a video with some trip footage on it (including the Joey scenes).

I spent them all on the frickin' toll roads around Chicago [Wink]

But seriously, we should all do a trip to Vegas sometime. My gamblin' change is getting to the point of needing to be cashed in.

We found that taking I74 from Indianapolis to Bloomington, I39 from Bloomington to Rockford and then hooking back up with I90/94 for the trip west may be a little longer, but it seems to flow better, navigates easier and only costs 55¢, a whopping 88¢ Canadian, eh [Wink]

It's highly unlikely that we'll be making it a full blown holiday if we go again next year so we'll probably be looking for convoys to hook up with.
