I am going to pre-register for BG, but on the site, I don't see how to get the event t-shirts [Confused]

I don't see it on the registration page either. They're supposed to be available through pre-order through this coming Friday, the 29th.
I know we reserved a couple of them for ourselves when we registered.

Contact Adam Boca at the NCM (1-800-53VETTE) if you have questions. Please let us know what he says.

My e-mail from adam says 2 shirts. I know I marked the box for 2 shirts, so will I have to pay for them twice?

No. Why would you have to pay twice if you have a receipt for them?

You have proof of payment. Show that and you should be fine.
