Any car that runs under 13.9 ET, you must wear a helmet. Thats the only rule I know.

At some events it was a rule that you had to wear long pants and shirts to drag, but I've never known Dallas, the owner of Beech Bend, to really be concerned about safety much before.

NHRA sells rule books so they don't post their rules on-line that I know of.
