BTW, I couldn't figure out how to change my avatar. Where is that feature?
And Mert, it took us just 35 minutes to get to Disneyland yesterday. Not bad at all. I thought it was gonna be a traffic jam the whole drive. Went boogie boarding on the beach Saturday and hit up Disneyland/Ca. Adv. Sunday. What a weekend! So far, I'm lovin it down here. [thumb]

Hey you live in Manhattan Beach. Your close by. I live in Redondo Beach.
Yeah, I noticed that too. I've been keeping an eye out for an NBM SS. I would tell you to keep an eye out for an anthracite grey BMW 540i, but that would almost be a bad joke around here. We should meet up for lunch one of these days. I work right by LAX so it wouldn't be too bad of a hike for me to head down to Hermosa or something. I go out pretty much every day anyway with a friend of mine who also moved down here from Norcal and works with me. Posts: 25 | From: Manhattan Beach, Ca. | Registered: Jul 2002

I rarely drive my NBM SS around town. Im usually with my S10 if I have to park it somewhere. Do you have an SS too?

I used to. I had an LE with a few mods (O/R Y, 3.73's, Predator dyno tuning, KBDD's, etc. etc.). I suspected I was going to get laid off so I sold it along with another car and bought my 540i. Sure enough, the same day I picked the car up from the CD changer install, I got let go. I never actually drove it to work. Anyway, so I've relocated down here to Manhattan Beach from Northern Ca. It's been a long bumpy ride. But when I asked everyone if it was appropriate to stay on the SS boards, they all said yeah. One person said it best, "you came here because of the car, you stayed because of the people". So here I am. Posts: 25 | From: Manhattan Beach, Ca. | Registered: Jul 2002

Nice SS you have there
Thanks for the compliment. Pottstown is a little over an hour from where I am at, Langhorne. Always nice to keep in touch with other local F bodies...
